Return conditions

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods delivered to you, you can return them to the courier upon delivery.

If you notice a discrepancy or quality problem after the courier has left, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order by email to latvijasliellops@gmail.com or call + 371 270 277 06

The money for the returned products will be transferred to your bank account from which the order was placed within 5 (five) working days after the date of return.

In the event of a return or exchange, the delivery charge for the order will not be refunded or reimbursed.

If you have received products at a lower price than you paid, we will transfer the overpaid amount to your bank account within 5 (five) working days from the date you paid for the order.
