An entrecote is a beef steak cut from the front loin. Designed for grilling. The rib bone added to the piece gives a particularly good taste and aroma when fried. The meat on the bone will cook a little more slowly – an excellent cut for those who like medium-rare steaks.
This piece of steak is matured for 21 days, which gives a special taste, juiciness and flesh to an excellent steak.
